Guest Services Concierge | Full Time & part time
The Guest Services Concierge is responsible for customer service, reservations, retail inventory, processing invoices & payments, processing enrollments & administrative duties in support of these functions. Additionally, they are responsible for the maintenance & cleaning of the reception/retail area.

Our priority is servicing the clients that are in our center by greeting everyone who enters & offering assistance. Attempt to call clients by their first names & acknowledge their dog by name too.
Answer the telephone & relay messages promptly.
Give tours of the facility to potential clients & answer questions regarding our services, policies & procedures.
Coordinate with Hospitality staff when opening or closing to ensure proper pet care & client communication for early pet drop-offs & late pick-ups.
Reservations & Invoice Processing
Manage client reservations through online system.
Receive payments & process invoices.
Balance cash bag daily.
Pet Check-in Processing
Check-in pets & confirm current client contact information & care instructions for pet for all services to be provided.
Daycare – confirm pick-up time & add lunch if applicable.
Lodging – complete inventory of luggage, feeding & medication instructions.
Training – confirm training department has instructions or meets with client.
Processing Enrollment Paperwork & Expired Vaccinations
Processing enrollment paperwork accurately & timely is a high priority &
procedures followed for daycare & lodging as applicable.
Monitoring, following-up & documenting pet vaccinations in accordance to
procedures is a high priority of the position.
Assist clients in sale of retail inventory.
Input retail quantities into point of sale system as inventory is added, price &
Restock items from storage as needed.
Keep inventory stock clean, neat & pulled to front of shelving.
Other duties as assigned
High school graduate or GED preferred
Excellent oral & good written communication skills
Good math skills & selling skills preferred
Previous work experience demonstrating dependability
1-2 years experience providing client service & processing payments
Self-motivated, independent worker with attention to detail
Proven leadership & training skills
Good decision & problem solving skills
Good organization & planning skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Demonstrated flexibility & proven coping skills
